A480 Wallet is operated by Svetlana Aleksandrova, an independent software developer based in Tallinn, Estonia ("the developer," "we," "us"), acting as data controller. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian data-protection law. For California residents, a short CCPA note is included in Section 6.

2. Data We Collect
- Beta Application Data: Name, email address, Telegram handle, the devices you test on and any feedback you share.
- Wallet & Key Data: Never collected. Your seed phrase and private keys are generated and stored only on your device and never reach us.
- Technical Data: Limited, anonymised diagnostics such as device type, OS version and app version to improve compatibility on old hardware.
- Communications: Emails and messages you send to us.
3. How We Use It
- To evaluate beta applications and manage participation.
- To improve performance and device compatibility.
- To communicate product updates, beta access details and support responses.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security threats.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — beta enrolment and communications.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — security, fraud prevention and improving compatibility.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where the law requires it.
5. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only to: (a) email or messaging providers used to operate the beta, acting as our processors; or (b) where required by law, court order or a lawful request from a competent authority.
6. Your Rights
EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, access and delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
7. Retention
- Beta application and participant data: programme duration + 24 months.
- Technical diagnostics: up to 60 days.
- Communications: up to 3 years.
8. Security
Data in transit is protected with TLS encryption. Your keys and seed phrase never leave your device by design. In the event of a personal-data breach affecting you, we will notify affected users and the competent authority as required by the GDPR.
9. Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary session cookies only. A dismissible banner is shown on first visit. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us for immediate deletion.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy with at least 30 days' notice to active participants for material changes.
